Interpersonal Violence Leave Policy (Saskatchewan)

The following Model Policy is based on the minimum interpersonal violence leave requirements of the Saskatchewan Employment Act Section 2-56.1. So, make sure you modify the Policy accordingly if you provide leave benefits more generous than the SEA requires.
