Domestic Violence Leave Policy (Ontario Version)

Since 2017, 7 different provinces (AB, MB, NS, ON, PEI, QC, SK) have adopted or are in the process of adopting domestic violence leave. Result: Employers who don’t already have them will need to implement domestic violence leave policies—either freestanding or as an add-on to their current leaves of absence policy.
