Ontario Infectious Disease Emergency Leave Policy

In response to the pandemic, Ontario adopted a new Infectious Disease Emergency Leave (IDEL) covering not just the current COVID emergency but future infectious disease emergencies that may force employees to be absent from work. Here’s a template of an IDEL policy that you can adapt.
