Domestic Violence Leave Policy (New Brunswick)

The following Model Policy is based on the minimum domestic violence leave requirements of New Brunswick Employment Standards Act Section 44.027 and NB Regulation 2018-81. So, make sure you modify the Policy accordingly if you provide leave benefits more generous than the ESA and Regulation require.
