Minimum Wage Employee Must Be Paid for After-Shift Work

A campground convenience store clerk who worked from 10 AM to 10 PM for minimum wage was required to close up shop after her shift ended. She claimed that the employer refused to pay her for the additional 11 to 43 minutes she had to work to complete that task. The court believed her story.
