    Hi There,
I am issuing a contract for an hourly paid employee and want to know how to formulate the vacation rights and pay
    is something as below acceptable:
Vacation time is earned from your first day of employment with us. Vacation pay will be based on 6% of the amount which you earn during that time. Vacation time is your right; when it is taken is the Company’s right. You are required to arrange vacation time to suit the essential business needs of the Company and vacation dates are subject to prior approval by the Company. Your vacation can be taken in the year before it has been fully earned and it must be taken in the year in which it is earned

    Thank you!

I apologize for missing your question. Can you tell which jurisdiction you’re in? Thanks.
