    Can an employer track vacation earnings for one group of employees (exempt status) and then payout when used, but for another group (non-exempt status) pay out vacation earnings every biweekly paycheck? Or must an employer track and pay out vacation earnings in the same method for all employees?

    Can you tell me what jurisdiction you’re in, or whether you’re federally regulated so I can figure out which employment standards law applies? Thanks.
