    Hello Glen.
In our company, we have a group of employees who are by default expected to be standing by for emergency calls etc. even outside of regular work hours and paid overtime if they worked. The overtime expectation is included in the employment contract. We plan to create a different Right to disconnect policy for this group but do you have any samples or resources to create this policy for such workers?
    Thanks in advance.

Sorry, I didn’t see the second part of your question. BC employees don’t have disconnect rights but, absolutely YES, they do need to be aware of the disconnect rights of the Ontario employees and be cautioned not to seek to email or contact them during disconnect time.
