    Hello Glen.
In our company, we have a group of employees who are by default expected to be standing by for emergency calls etc. even outside of regular work hours and paid overtime if they worked. The overtime expectation is included in the employment contract. We plan to create a different Right to disconnect policy for this group but do you have any samples or resources to create this policy for such workers?
    Thanks in advance.

I’m not sure if our current template would work for this group. The idea is to make a clean break between standby and off-duty time, right? If you give me a little more direction, I might be able to find something. Meanwhile, we’ll definitely create such a policy for HRI. But let’s see if we can address your situation right now.
