I have spoken to Jessica and she suggested that I start here with my issue. I have had a subscription for this tool for a couple of years but have hardly used it.
I have a situation currently with a 17 year tenured employee that we unfortunately have to put through performance discipline/mgmt.
I would like to speak by phone to a legal representative from your team to ensure that our letters are appropriate in the case that this situation does not work out and we have to move to termination.
Of course, this is not our objective. It is to improve performance/behaviors but just in case I want to ensure our ducks are in a row!
Can we schedule a time on Monday to speak by phone?
