    Hello , so in our policy we provide 10 days paid as personal days for sick or emergencies. We have terminated some staff and they are asking for these days to be paid ? is it something we should pay for it ?

    No, you do not need to pay out personal days as a part of the separation agreement, you do have to pay out earned vacation pay.
