Great question. We have, in fact, invited a speaker to address the right to disconnect and rest of Bill 27 but he hasn’t yet officially accepted. Should we let you know when we book the event? In the meantime, there’s a lot of good stuff on the HRI site about the disconnect right and how to comply with it, including a template policy. It should help even though it may need to be adjusted once the MOL issues the actual implementing regulations.
