Modified Work due to non-work related Injury

Hello,
Alberta employer. I have an employee who works in the warehouse so lifting heavy objects, works pallet jacks, and forklifts, etc.
He hurt his knee and cannot do the physical aspects of his job for the foreseeable future.
As an employer, what are our obligations?
