    I have an employee that is currently on on medical leave (unrelated to any occurrence on the job). She is on a gradual return to work and has been for the past year. At this point in time, we feel that we cannot accommodate her 4 days/week RTW. What are our options as an employer As context, we are located in Ontario and she is a permanent, full time employee? .
