      Team,

      We are a Staffing company in Canada. We are having number of consultants working as T4 employees across different client locations in Ontario. Do we need to ask all these T4 Hourly employees to undergo certain trainings like.

      Workplace Harassment and Sexual Harassment Policy related Training
      Health and Safety Awareness and Workplace Violence
      Human Rights commission – Working together Training
      WHMIS Training
      Please advise.

        Yes, the following are the 4 mandatory occupational health and safety trainings in Ontario, which you will have to complete irrespective of the industry that you are working in.

        1. Accessibility for Ontarians with disabilities act (AODA)
        2. WHMIS 2015
        3. Health and Safety Awareness
        4. Handling Workplace Violence & Sexual Harassment
