Hello,
An employee we hired in February 2022 has gone on medical leave as of March 08, 2022. They have been off work for one month and have just submitted a new note from their doctor extending the leave (return to work is still unknown at this point). They are still within their 3 month probation. When they are able to return to work, can we extend their probation period to insure a proper performance evaluation occurs?
