    Hello
    Can I accept an employment offer letter signed and with the note ‘without prejudice’ added next to the signature; and how that may affect an employer?

    I’m not exactly sure why you’d do that. If you’re trying to reserve your right to further negotiate, I don’t think it will work. Once you sign, you’ve pretty much accepted the offer in its current state. If you want to further negotiate, I think you’d be better off not signing.
