Do you have a draft/template policy available yet for Electronic Monitoring legislation ?
I assume you’re talking about Bill 88 in Ontario and the requirement to implement a written policy disclosing your use of digital monitoring technology. Here’s a sample policy. Although it’s based on use of GPS in company vehicles, you can adapt it for other technologies and applications.
