    Do all provinces allow employers to solely maintain electronic employment files/records? Are there provinces where we need to also keep a paper?

    All provinces allow for files to be electronic only; however, you are still required to have them available for printing and available for up to 7 years after employment ends; which means you need to have a data backup and privacy policy in place to protect that data at all times.
