    We have an hourly workforce with the odd overtime shift required.  The question has come up …do they receive OT on any premium they are entitled to in addition to the hourly rate?  For example, they receive a First Aid Premium, Night Shift Premium, Department Leader Premium.

    Where a shift qualifies for a premium, the same premium will apply to all overtime hours worked adjoining that shift.
