Our company is based in Manitoba where the Government has stated that fully vaccinated people do not need to self isolate upon return from travel. However our company policy will still require self isolation from the office. For those who don\’t have the ability to work from home, will they still be able to apply to EI/COVID benefits even if the government has approved no self isolation is needed after travel?
My payroll guru, Alan McEwan, advises me that the employee should be able to get regular EI benefits in this situation. Sorry to take so long for an answer. Glenn
