Can an employer ask the employee to sign a waiver that states: “The employee is under no obligation to attention conference/convention/business travel and that they must determine the necessary safety precautions and take those precautions during their travel to stay out of harm’s way.”

Vax Verification: It’s up to you to decide which employees can go on biz trips. Waiver: You not only can but should require employees to comply with all applicable public health requirements and exercise due caution to avoid or at least minimize exposure to infection risk on biz trips.
