First of all, sorry for taking so long to get back to u. I somehow missed your Q when I last did a mail check.
Instead of re-executing all of your employment contracts, I’d suggest having each employee sign an acknowledgement indicating that they’re read and understood the new Policy. Might be a good idea to distribute a memo explaining the significant changes before getting them to sign. Also suggest you add language to the part of your employment contract template in which employee agrees to be governed by the Policy “including such amendments made by the Company from time to time at its sole discretion,” to cover yourself for future changes.
