    HELLO,
    I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF WE CAN HAVE THE WORKPLACE HARASSMENT AND VIOLENCE POLICY TOGETHER OR IT SHOULD BE 2 SEPARATE POLICIES?

    CAN WE HAVE ONE POLICY WITH THE NAME OF WORKPLACE HARASSMENT AND VIOLENCE POLICY?

    I KNOW SOME YEARS AGO THERE WAS A NEW REGULATIONS THAT EITHER THEY SHOULD BE BOTH TOGETHER OR SEPARATE.

    “Yes, as long as all the requirements for the policies are complied with. Employers may choose to combine the workplace violence policy with a policy required by the Act for workplace harassment or occupational health and safety.” – Ontario Gov’t
