Are there any employer obligations with Health & Safety compliance for employees who are assigned to work in a We Work location?

Yes to the extent that the office is considered a "workplace" under your jurisdiction's OHS regulations. Can you please give me some more details, including:  a. Which jurisdiction you're in--or if you're federally regulated b. What the leasing arrangement is--and where you fit in c. The use of the space. 1) we have offices in ON & BC.
2) we leased a space that is dedicated to our company
3) Use of the space is for team meetings, work stations and collab sessions
