Yes to the extent that the office is considered a “workplace” under your jurisdiction’s OHS regulations. Can you please give me some more details, including:
a. Which jurisdiction you’re in–or if you’re federally regulated
b. What the leasing arrangement is–and where you fit in
c. The use of the space.
