Hi Glenn, thank you for the response. The employee didn’t give a date for return. He had heart issues and had multiple surgeries. He said he had a doctors note he would send into us and he would update us after his last appointment on December 11th about a possible return to work date. He said in a previous email that he wanted to return ASAP but then we have had no contact with him since then after reaching out multiple times.
