Please would you inform me about this payroll-related question, this is for a contract that I am working on at present.
Will this employee be paid on a statutory holiday that falls on a Monday?
Their regularly scheduled work days are Tuesday to Friday, and they are paid 80% of the role’s compensation, as they work 80% of the hours.
Even if Monday was not a holiday, they would NOT be working on any Monday.
