    Hello,
    I am in Ontario, but am inquiring for a company who does business in Quebec, among other provinces.
    Are there any exceptions to the legislation (requesting premiums) for a US non-profit company with employees working from home, and no physical office in Quebec?

    I’m sorry, I don’t understand the question. Which legislation are you referring to? And can you give me a little bit more of a description of your situation? Thanks.
