I have a previous employee that is requesting copies of incident reports that they signed while they were employed.  I have no problem releasing these forms, but i wI have a previous employee that is requesting copies of incident reports that they signed while they were employed.  I have no problem releasing these forms, but i want to know in Manitoba what is our obligation to provide this information to a previous employee?ant to know in Manitoba what is our obligation to provide this information to a previous employee?

You are not required by law to provide that information unless it is requested by the MOL or a court.
