    Morning,
    Just confirming the 2024 Ontario policies required by law. Your web-site lists the “must-have’s”, but those go far beyond what the minimum legally required are. Can you confirm that still only includes:

    1. Accessibility Policy
    2. Workplace Health & Safety Policy
    3. Workplace Violence and Harassment Policy,
    4. Pay Equity Plan Policy (only applies to businesses with 10 or more employees)
    5. Right to disconnect (Bill 27) (only for employers with 25 or more employees)
    6. Electronic monitoring policy (Bill 88) (only for employers with 25 or more employees)

    If you have a similar listing for other provinces that would be useful too. Thanks!

    You are correct, these are the only legally required but our list is best practice.
