Mentorship / Employee Engagement Platforms

We are a remote company of 190 employees in the US and Canada – all working remotely. We are looking to purchase a mentorship platform that will allow employees to match with other employees in the organization as their mentor / mentee. We don’t want to be doing this manually as it is a lot of admin work. We would also be open to a multi-purpose platform which offers other engagement tools such as setting up coffee chats with random people across the organization, health & wellness stuff, etc. Our budget is low – we have looked at MentorCity and Shaka and looking to explore more. Could you please recommend any platforms? Thanks!

What a fantastic initiative.
There have definitely been a lot of start-ups in this area.
We’ve worked with Innovative Mentoring, Chronus, Ten Thousand Coffees, Together Mentoring and MentorcliQ to add to those you’ve already mentioned.
Of course I would be remiss to not mention that we have this capability built into our LMS solutions at SafetyNow.com as an add-on feature, and that as an HR member you are eligible to significant discounts.
