Hi There,
Do you have an Injury/Illness/Incident Investigation Policy applicable for ON and QC? Or is the BC one applicable for all provinces?

The investigation rules should be pretty much the same; however, the reporting requirements will differ by province. Can you send me the link so I can double check? We also cover this more extensively in our OHSI sister product. So, if you’re an OHSI subscriber, you should definitely check the site.
