Hello, we recently concluded an investigation raised by a former employee.
Background – the employee was terminated in October 2020 (not for cause) and filed the complaint in August 2021 after reaching out to the HR department to offer support to another employee who had filed a complaint. The former employee then stated that she had been harassed during the course of her employment. Further information was requested and a complaint of sexual harassment was received and an investigation was started.
The investigation is now concluded and we are wondering what our obligations are to inform the former employee of the outcome of the investigation. We have already advised her of the conclusion and thanked her for her disclosure and participation in the investigation process. Are we required to provide her with any further details?
    Thanks in advance.
