    Hi, We have a contract employee who we have renewed 3x (4 month contract) and now we want to terminate the contract. We do not have a termination clause in the agreement. Can I terminate the contract with 2 weeks notice? Am I obligated to pay her until the end date of the contract. thanks

    If you do not have a termination clause in the contract, and the contract was for fixed terms – in this case 4 months – with each renewal being an effective start of the term and conditions of the original contract; then yes, you would be obligated to pay for the entire 4 months or whatever time is necessary to make the 4 month term whole.
