    Does anyone know any 3rd party companies that handle compliance issues? Hallmark is looking at hiring a 3rd party firm to manage any compliance inquiries. Currently any questionable or perceived unethical practices are handled internally through our Compliance Officer or HR for purposes of follow up/investigation. We are considering outsourcing. Thanks in advance.

    There are definitely firms that do this, including I suspect ADP and the other payroll vendors. But I can’t vouch for any of them. Here are a couple of leads you can check out:
