Hello,
I have an employee that is currently on Maternity leave, during which time has found new employment and left the position with us.
Before she left in 2021 – she earned some bonuses that were to be paid out in 2022. I was waiting for her return to work (in 2022) to pay them out.
As the employee is not longer returning are these bonus still owed to her and should I be communicating to her that once they are paid a new ROE will be issued to reflect these amounts.
