BC employees get a minimum of 5 days of paid sick leave and 3 days of unpaid sick leave per year. This includes part-time, temporary and casual employees.  ON employees who have been continuously employed for at least 30 days will have access to their first three days of paid sick leave. As of February 1, 2023, employees will acquire a fourth day and will continue to accumulate one day a month up to a maximum of 10 days per year. QC employees are entitled to a total of 2 days of absence with pay per calendar year.    https://hrinsider.ca/compliance-briefing-unpaid-illness-family-care-leave-rights-across-canada/
