Good morning, I am wondering if there are any resources on using rapid testing in schools for the province of Alberta.

I have seen very little government guidance on COVID TESTING. We did a piece on how to create a testing policy a while back, but it needs to be updated to deal with rapid antigen testing. https://hrinsider.ca/creating-the-right-covid-19-workplace-testing-policy/   Still, it is a good starting point. And your question has inspired me to add the revision to the editorial agenda. Like some provinces, Alberta is offering government assisted rapid testing assistance for employers and service providers. Although the program materials don’t specifically say anything about schools, I gotta believe schools would be eligible. At the very least, somebody from the program should be able to point you in the right direction. Check out https://www.alberta.ca/rapid-testing-program.aspx     and https://open.alberta.ca/dataset/6866125a-10fd-4fdb-be38-6133a5877e8b/resource/9ee53a08-319e-4952-a447-5eb932ab58b9/download/health-covid-19-rapid-asymptomatic-screening-program-overview-2021-04-21.pdf I do know quite a bit about the subject and would be happy to take your questions offline at glennd@bongarde.com
