Hi there,    We have a fixed term employee who has been employed for 3 months with us. His fixed term contract ends on 30th June. We have decided to offer him a permanent full-time role. When converting a fixed term employee into a permanent employee – can we put them on a 3 month probabtion?    Thanks!

Yes, you can make any change in role/employment terms subject to probation.
