Hello, Looking for what the precedence is for determining the termination notice (employment standards - Alberta) for an employee who has worked for the company, was laid-off then returned and subsequently laid-off again. Would you use the period for how long the worker has been employed for the most recent term, or would you use the total time that the employee worked for the company? Does it matter how much time was in between the two periods of employment with the company?
