Hello, What options does the employer have regarding working written notice? Is it possible for the employer and employee agree to a working written notice in Ontario? This is a non-union environment, employee is a manager employed 3 years 9 months, 3 weeks\’ vacation. Can the employer legally offer 4 weeks\’ termination plus 6% vacation and have the employee work during this notice period? The employer would encourage the employee to look for another job during the notice period. Please advise. Thank you. Mirella
