If we temporary laid off 70% of our staff and a week or 2 later decide to recall a couple of our staff what document is required for them to sign off and work or can they just come back to work
-Can i simply re rack the Layoff and they cancel their claim?
-if they come back only working PT hours can they just report to EI and stay on EI?
-if they come back working FT hours what document is required and they would have to get off EI? Does this mean I cannot lay them off again if business becomes bad again? what is the timelines?
