    What are industry best practice office hours for Ontario and BC? Is it 40, 37.5 or 35?

    Do you mean “best practices” or ESA requirements? I can definitely help you with the latter. If you’re looking for regulatory requirements, it would also help to know which industry you’re in so I can check out which exemptions apply. But I don’t think there are any–or at least I don’t know about any–best practices for office hours. Please let me know if you’d like me to follow up on the regulatory rules. Thanks. Glenn
