Do you have any sample or template I can use to write a withdrawal notice of a termination letter? Employees were on LTD for a long time and termination letters were sent to them; however, after reviewing their medical record, which was not initially available, the company decided to withdraw the notice and continue to provide the benefits to them as inactive employees. The legality of these actions was verified by our legal dept.
