    Ontario workplace
An employee has told me they will not work our new hours. They feel they are physically/mentally unable to work it.No note was given no discussion was brought forward and we gave the employees 2 week notice of hours change
Hours went from 7am – 4 pm to 6:30 5 pm to accommodate work load and this is going back to a regular shift .
Do they have to provide any paper work for accommodation to stay on the 7-4

Yes, your employee needs to document their disability and capabilities.
