Our employees are returning to work from march 17 , where they opted to take time off to be with family . One of our employees who is due to return , works  at a retirement home part time where cases of COVID were found .  What rights does we have as employers and what information can we request ( doctor's notes etc ) from the employee . we are in Ontario
