Urgent response required! We have an employee who is currently on leave of absence - they are bonus eligible. Bonus payments to bonus eligible employees are being paid on the 15th of May. Normally, we pay bonuses on the regular cycle even for employees on leave of absence. Is this still the right step? Can someone please shed some light on this?
