Best practices for setting up non-union salary grids and pay bands from scratch What are some best practices and legal considerations for setting up salary ranges in pay bands for the first time in a small organization? We want to get this work done in case Ontario implements pay transparency in the future. Please include a sample policy or guide and links to supporting legislation if possible.
