We are having to terminate a number of ongoing contracts to cut program costs. I have looked at the legislation but am still trying to establish the requirement for severance pay. We have two staff who have not completed their probationary period, two staff who have completed their probationary period but not their first year of employment and then two staff who have been with us for 2 or 3 years,
